1. Service Overview

LuminArt Glass (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides custom hammer glass painting services. Each piece is handcrafted using a specialised hammer technique on premium tempered glass, paired with a custom LED light base.

By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Ordering Process

  • You submit a photo and select your preferred product options through our website.
  • We review the photo for suitability and begin production after payment is confirmed.
  • Production typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on complexity and current demand.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods supported by Stripe.

Full payment is required before production begins. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

4. Intellectual Property

By uploading a photo, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the photo or have obtained permission from the rights holder.
  • The photo does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • You grant LuminArt Glass a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the photo solely for the purpose of creating your custom artwork.

We may photograph the completed artwork for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing before production begins.

5. Product Characteristics

Each hammer glass painting is handcrafted and unique. Minor variations in texture, depth, and detail are inherent to the hammering process and are not considered defects. The finished piece is an artistic interpretation of your photo, not a photographic reproduction.

6. Cancellation & Modifications

You may request cancellation or modifications before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations and major modifications are not possible due to the custom nature of our products.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuminArt Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
